How is Wildcats Fastpitch Club managed? 

Wildcats Fastpitch is directed and managed by an all-volunteer group of various coaches and parents. This ensures that we carry out the commitments to our athletes, their families and our community while protecting the Wildcats Fastpitch Club brand. These commitments and goals are: 

• Inform our organizational frame, approach, and strategy

• Help to carry out our core values

• Protect the athlete experience

• Provide feedback on family commitments

The Wildcats Fastpitch Club Executive Committee consists of Ryan Johnson, Troy Duxbury and Chris West. In addition to leading the implementation of the above stated goals, the Executive Committee will: 

• Decide the strategic direction for the Wildcats Fastpitch Club

• Approve the use of the Wildcats Fastpitch Club brand, including formation of new teams and

• Final approval & guidance on team General Managers/Head Coaches

Wildcats Fastpitch Club is a softball organization with players from throughout the East King County area, including the Snoqualmie Valley. Our program aims to provide skill development, competitive opportunities and the furthering of a young athlete’s passion for the sport of softball. Our program is centered around the core values of: 

• Emphasis of commitment and hard work

• Excelling in team development and unity

• Competing with good sportsmanship

• Willingness to be challenged and grow outside of Little League

• Teaching and growing a personal passion for the game of softball

• Using the softball field to teach the following life skills:
